1. Fill in the Online Registration Form by pressing here!
2. Bring the following documents in Hellenic Lifeguard Academy HQ before the training sessions:

• Health Certificate – Download and Print the Health Certificate (private of public doctors accepted)

Note: For public doctors, apart from their personal stamp, the official stamp of the Hospital is also required.

• Photocopy of Personal ID
• Face Picture (Taken by a mobile device, full face, in white background. It will be uploaded in the Online Registration Form) EXAMPLE OF A CORRECT PICTURE TO UPLOAD!
