Every summer in Greece, people flock to beaches and swimming pools all over the country, so they can enjoy their swim and be relieved by the heat.

Hellenic Lifeguard Academy was the first to create special adult swimming lessons for all ages, wanting to contribute positively to the fight against the scourge of drowning. Courses are private, with specialized graduate gymnasts and modern training programs.

The biggest secret is the constant presence of the trainer IN the water, next to the trainee, throughout the lesson, thus ensuring maximum safety in the water for the trainee!

Swimming Learning consists of a series of courses, which vary depending on the experience and the student’s response to education. Each lesson lasts 55 minutes and is supervised by the instructor. Lessons are conducted all year long in a closed, heated pool. During summer months, lessons are also conducted in the open sea.

Swimming lessons are held at the following hours and days:

Morning
08:20 – 09:15

Noon
13:15 – 14:45

Evening
21:05 – 22:00
22:05 – 23:00

Saturday
